Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Road2Trip.
• To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to make the booking.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send you a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• The balance payment must be made as per the schedule provided in your booking confirmation.
• Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked and the timing of the cancellation. The following are general guidelines:

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Airline tickets, once issued, are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective airline and are typically non-refundable.
• Visa fees and travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once applied for.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or late arrivals.
• In case of cancellation due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will provide credit for future travel minus any non-recoverable costs.

Changes and Amendments

Changes by Customer

• Name changes may be permitted subject to availability and payment of applicable fees.
• Date changes may be permitted subject to availability and payment of any price differences or change fees.
• Tour changes or transfers to another package may be permitted subject to availability and payment of any price differences.
• All change requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

Changes by Road2Trip

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to circumstances beyond our control.
• If significant changes are made to your confirmed booking, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
• If we cancel a tour, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to us.
• We are not liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for your destination.
• You must comply with all laws, regulations, and customs of the countries you visit.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the trip.
• You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.
• You must have adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, loss of belongings, and cancellation.

Company Liabilities

• Road2Trip acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during your trip.
• We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by service providers.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
• We are not liable for force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or weather conditions.
